Halloween just went. In the Philippines, which is predominantly Roman Catholic, yesterday in the calendar was All Souls Day. The place was called Barrio Baboy. I wondered how the place got its name which I did not like. Baboy literally means Pig. The place is known today as Barangay San Jose in Bayawan , Negros Oriental, just across its border with Negros Occidental.
