  • Do you know that

If all your life you have always aspired and you think the one on top is no good, you must think again. Maybe you are no better. Or maybe you look worse!.. Or, why not think God. You're good but he loves you. You could end up that egotist stooge you hate in the mirror.

Brewing Storm over the Horizon

Will truth set people free? Maybe they did and maybe they didn’t.

Case of Armando V. Sierra, Negros Oriental, Circa 70s to early 80s. Serial disappearances and murders. Principal accused  was not found guilty. State witness  claimed he killed and buried victims (recovered) . The victims were allegedly delivered to him [bound and sedated], that he killed  on orders of his master, the principal accused. Prosecution failed to establish their allegations against Mr. [Armando] Sierra based on the testimony of state witness.  Question now is who’s responsible for all the victims?

The state witness was a farmhand working for the Sierra family. The victims were ladies, at least 5 of them working as secretary one after another for the Sierras, that went missing whom police has found where witness said he had buried them.

Remembering the case of Mr. Armando Sierra also reminds me of the Dacer Corbito case. The cat has already been let out of the bag. I mean, a story is told and a case has been filed,  so who’s gonna be it … Aquino-Dumlao, Lacson, or Erap?

Would the brewing storm come or would it dissipate? While obviously there are fingers that would like to point to Erap behind the crime, so far its all hear-says as in the Cesar Mancao’s statement, which seems obvious reason why former President Erap is spared from  being named in the formal complaint.

So, who’s gonna be nailed? Former police officers Aquino and Dumlao the alleged operatives, Senator Ping Lacson who was then Chief, National Police…or why not former police officer Mancao himself.  He claims knowledge about it.

The case happened to have been filed during the approach of the May 10th Presidential polls. Was it really politically motivated that some have said?  What now as election is over. Where does that leave us, people, bombarded by all the drama and controversies that have come into our senses?

Should Filipinos always sleep with so many questions posed and left uncleared in mind?  Then I bet it is easy for everyone to make their own conclusion. That’s making things easy, necessary  for going on with daily life unperturbed. Problem there is that there are people who cant sleep with presumptions.
